The new Sonic in Bloomington was a fitting way to wrap up the first week of fall semester.
While dining curbside, I ordered a tasty burger with a milk shake special for $2.99 and a side of French fries for $1. Even though food server, Ashlee, didn’t wear roller skates, her service was great.

ReplyDeleteOooh there is another sonic in Bloomington? I love that place! They have one in Elk River that they put in about two years ago. The first time I'd ever been to a Sonic was in Texas, and I'd wished they had them in the North. Only a couple years later they built one which was really exciting.
ReplyDeleteI remember a few years ago when the first Sonic in Minnesota open. The one that is in St. Paul. Traffic on Suburban Avenue (and the line at the restaurant) was backed up for miles!!! It was almost as equal to the Krispy Kream hype.
