PHOENIX — Claiming to "absolutely change your life," a "Spiritual Warrior" retreat ended with two people dead and 19 hospitalized in Sedona, Ariz., Thursday. While in a ceremony practiced by Native American tribes, 64 people spent up to two hours in the makeshift outdoor sweatbox. ReplyDeleteI know someone in my family who has done this, and said it was very cleansing and a very spiritual experience. SHe has actually done it more than once. She has told me a lot about it and although I dont know a lot of details about this story- I am going to imagine this is a sweatbox gone wrong.
